Welcome to our stunningly beautiful 2-room apartment 3, which has been awarded 4 DTV stars and is located on the ground floor. This charming 43-square-meter oasis not only offers a breathtaking lake view from the sunny terrace but also direct access to the sunbathing lawn with its own swimming dock.
The full-sized bedroom is equipped with a second TV, while the living room features a high-quality sleeper sofa that can accommodate up to two additional adults or two children. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook, and the modern bathroom features underfloor heating. A convenient storage closet provides additional space for golf bags or other bulky items.
Immerse yourself in pure relaxation: Our 150-square-meter wellness area on the ground floor features three saunas (Finnish sauna, bio sauna, and steam room), a spacious relaxation room, and a small fitness area. Experience pure comfort—you can enjoy free access right from your dressing gown without even leaving the building.
Your vehicle will find a secure spot in our private underground car park with direct access inside the building.
Of course, our free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire building. Please note, however, that due to our island location, there may be slight fluctuations in Wi-Fi quality.

Kleine Terrasse mit viel Sonne. Im September war es sehr ruhig und entspannt. Sehr schöner und moderner Wellnessbereich.
