The apartment features a full-sized bedroom that promises cosiness and relaxation. In addition, the living area features a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate a third person. This makes the apartment ideal for couples or small families who want to discover the beauty of the surrounding area together.
The terrace, facing the Achterwasser, invites you to experience the idyllic surroundings and enjoy the sun to the fullest. Relax on your own terrace and leave the stresses of everyday life behind.
The light-filled living area with a fully equipped kitchenette invites you to prepare culinary delights and spend cosy evenings.
The modern bathroom with a shower and bidet rounds out the overall experience and provides additional comfort during your stay. A washing machine is available in the apartment for your convenience.

A wellness oasis and pure relaxation:
Enjoy free access to our 150-square-meter wellness area on the ground floor of Building A, which features three saunas (Finnish sauna, bio sauna, and steam room), a spacious relaxation room, and a small fitness area to promote your well-being.
