Der Service von myUsedom24.de war super gut. Mails wurden schnell beantwortet, Rückfragen konnten immer schnell geklärt werden. Der Umgangston war stets freundlich und als wir die neuen Kurkarten für die Verlängerung unseres Urlaubs direkt im Büro abgeholt haben, durften wir uns noch ein paar Flyer mitnehmen und in einem persönlichen, sehr netten Gespräch, gab es noch ein paar Tipps und Empfehlungen für Ausflüge auf der Insel. Auch das Reinigungsteam hat großartige Arbeit geleistet, ich hatte noch nie eine so schön saubere Ferienwohnung.
Die Wohnung 3 im Hansehus war toll gelegen, wir (Menschen und Hunde) haben sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Alles war schön sauber und gut ausgestattet für 2 Personen. Wir empfehlen aber das Besteck mal zu kontrollieren, da einige Teile Rost angesetzt haben. Wir würden aber sehr gern wiederkommen.
