In Brixen, the swimming pool with a natural lake offers a refreshing break – just an 8-minute walk from your apartment and located directly along the cycle path. There you’ll also find a children’s playground, Kneipp hydrotherapy basin, beach volleyball court, table tennis, and a restaurant with a kiosk.

Whether in SPRING or AUTUMN, a true insider tip from the locals is a visit to the Filzalmsee – a picturesque mountain lake in Hochbrixen. Our apartment house is just 100 meters from both Brixen gondola lifts. From here, you can set off in any direction for unlimited skiing fun. Right across from our house, at the valley station, you’ll also find the "Aktiv Brixen im Thale" ski school, "Sport Fuchs", and "Intersport Gschwantler". In winter, you can conveniently rent your ski equipment here – and in summer, e-bikes and bicycles.
