Great place, super convenient

Clean and the property managers called to check on me every day to ask how things were. The shower handle was broken. And they let me know ahead of time and had someone out to fix it very quickly. Right on the beach, access was so convenient and the pool was great.

Beachfront condo in Miramar Beach

The unit was nice and comfortable and has incredible views from the balcony and main bedroom. Literally steps away to the beach and was very nice to have beach chairs provided in the unit’s beach closet. My only drawback was that there was construction in the lobby of the building that I wasn’t aware of, but of course that’s only temporary. Had a very relaxing stay here!

Amazing property!

We stayed here with our young children and loved the space! The views were breathtaking, loved the quick and easy walk to the beach! The condo was clean and had everything for the beach we needed. The only downfall was the pool was closed due to construction on the building. I don’t recall seeing that on the description when I booked but we made the best of it and had excellent weather so spent most of the time at the beach. We would definitely book here again! Oh, and we loved that parlor donuts was just a short walk away!!!!

Great Oceanside property!

The condo was a great place for my husband and I to spend the week. It was convenient to the beach, shopping and amenities that Sandestin has to offer. Great family and kid friendly environment. Our only complaint is that the condo was under stocked - for instance there was no vegetable peeler and no hot pads. We also would have liked more information about Sandestin, restaurants, bike rentals , etc. overall great stay - beautiful beaches - clean and well cared for - and a lovely area!

It was a great condo, we were only there for a short weekend stay and it was the perfect location. You have passes for the tram to take you over to all the restaurants. The pool was nice at the condo and we loved that there was ice machines on the property. The beach was crowded but that just comes with the area. The room was nice and the beds were comfy! Loved the view from the patio. The kitchen has all the equipment you will need. The room was very clean upon arrival l. Overall we had a great stay

Only negative is the location of the unit to the dumpsters-one floor up and on the same side, so there was a little stink while walking to the room from the parking lot or pool. I would pick this unit again for the price.

2nd Floor Oasis

The location of this condo is one of the most attractive features of this property. Being able to park on the second level and just walk in is a game changer. The view is beautiful and the decor very pleasing. The only negative would be what others have mentioned. The kitchen is not very well stocked - seriously, had to buy a pizza pan because there were no flat pans. Other than that, we'd definitely consider staying at this property again.

Friends vacation

Property was just like the pictures. Could use a little refresh. Great location. Elevators were very slow and some don’t work. All and all everything was great until we checked out and we received an extra fee for 750.00. The cleaning people said it smelled like cigarette smoke. No one smokes! We have received 500.00 back and will receive the rest once a supervisor can go check it out. That was a surprise.
