The vacation apartment is in a fantastic hillside location in Pognana Lario, a small village in a privileged position between Como (12 km) and Bellagio (17 km) in the inner triangle of the lake. The house faces the lake on the lakeside road, approx. 90 m as the crow flies above the lake. The impressive hillside location offers plenty of sunshine and a fascinating view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. There is a typical Italian village bar with ice cream, cappuccino, prosecco and small snacks at the entrance to the lakeside road. The balcony is furnished with a dining table and chairs.

The Raphael apartment is located in an apartment building on a hillside with several apartments and a bar on the first floor. The entrance to the staircase is on the street side and a staircase leads down to your apartment. You enter directly into the bright and light-flooded living area with dining table and living area and balcony with magnificent lake and mountain panorama.
On the mountain side is a guest WC with washbasin, WC and washing machine, as well as a small separate kitchen.
To the side is the master bedroom with a double bed facing the lake. Let the sun wake you up in the morning with a fantastic view of the lake. On the mountain side is the second bedroom with double bed and bathroom en suite with washbasin, shower, bathtub with massage. Bathroom and bedroom have no windows.

The apartment impresses with its size, furnishings and location. The view is beautiful. The bar on the mountain side is only occasionally noticed and is an enrichment for guests who value some service “around the corner”. The obliging manager Signora Durini speaks German. The apartment is recommended all year round.

Next to the house there is a parking lot with a barrier with reserved parking space for your apartment, other public parking spaces in the immediate vicinity.

A bathing area with sunbathing and play area and small boat harbor can be reached in just 3 - 5 minutes via a steep natural path with steps, past quaint gardens. Access to the lake for swimming is via steps or a ladder into the water.
