Die Wohnung ist groß und verfügt über eine umfangreiche Ausstattung, sodass es an nichts fehlt. Die Lage direkt am Waldrand ist sehr schön und die Anbindung an umliegende Städte ist gut. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war freundlich und problemlos. Für Familien mit Kindern ist z.B. das nahegelegene Wildgehege sehr empfehlenswert, da es fußläufig zu erreichen ist.
