Sehr schönes Appartement. Mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Man kann sich nur wohlfühlen.
Das Sofa in der Küche ist etwas unbequem, da es schon durchgesessen oder durchgelegen ist.

Wer in seinem Urlaub, Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist in dieser Anlage fehl am Platz.
38 Wohneinheiten, die individuell mit Hund und Kindern belegt werden und auch nur von der Rückseite zu begehen ist. Somit ist laufend Unruhe vorprogrammiert.
Der Souterrain Bereich sollte nicht als Fußball und Spielfläche für Kindern dienen und ist nicht als Spielplatz geeignet. Generell sollte es auch Ruhezeiten geben.
