Die Ferienwohnung Peppi ist großzügig mit Fußbodenheizung und schön modern eingerichtet. Die Farbgestaltung entsprach meinem Geschmack.
Die Boxspringbetten sind groß und bequem. Das zweite WC praktisch, der Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine ist so geräumig, dass man dort auch den Wäschetrokner hinstellen kann.
Die Küche ist modern mit Allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünscht, auch mit Tiefkühlschrank für z.B. Pizzen. Die Laage neben den Bahngleisen ist im Winter, bei geschlossenen Fenstern in den Schlafzimmern, kein Problem, kann aber im Sommer (bei Sommernächten mit offenen Fenstern) ganz schön laut sein. Diese Lage kann auch ein Vorteil sein, denn man braucht zu Fuß nur ca. 5 Minuten bis man am Bahnhof "Kölpinsee" ist und kann mit der Usedomer Bäderbahn und der Kurkarte, als Fahrticket, sehr entspannt, überall auf der Insel hinfahren. Der Angebotene Service (Einkaufsservice etc.) ist gut. Der Erdbeerhof in Koserow ist nur eine Station entfernt, kann aber auch fußläufig durch den Wald oder über den Radweg in ca.2km erreicht werden.
Uns hat es gerade in diesem Winter gut gefallen.
Vorallem haben wir erstmals die vereisten Ostsee kennen gelernt.
Unser Fazit: Moderne, großzügige Ferienwohnung mit Parkplatz vor der Tür, in einem ruhigen Ort, sehr empfehlenswert.

Die Wohnung ist neu und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Leider liegen die Schlafzimmer direkt an der Bahnlinie. Die UBB macht zwischen Mitternacht und 5 Uhr morgens Pause, aber ansonsten waren wir leider wach.

Schöne, große Wohnung, einziges Manko ist die Lage neben der Bahnlinie, nicht weit zum Strand, Vorteil der Bahnhofsnähe ist, dass man das Auto nicht bewegen muss und mit der Gästekarte kostenfrei Zug fahren kann
