Your apartment, which has its own entrance, consists of a comfortable living/sleeping area with a double bed, a cosy sitting area, and a TV (36 square metres). Wi-Fi is available. The apartment also features a small kitchen with a kitchenette, a microwave, and other kitchen essentials. My dishwasher will happily take care of your dishes after use. You’re welcome to use the bread delivery service from the bakery list. A small bathroom rounds out the apartment. In the attic, there’s also space for an extra double bed. A cot for the little ones or a guest bed is available upon request. You’re welcome to use our garden with a grill to relax. Parking is available at the house. Of course, there are also plenty of things for our little guests in the garden, such as a swing and a sandpit.



Your accommodation is located in a charming, historic house dating from 1853 in the spa town of Seiffen, on the southern slope near the forest. We offer a cosy atmosphere and beautiful surroundings.

We are the “Toy Village,” where you can watch nutcrackers, incense burners, and pyramids being made. In the demonstration workshops, you’re also welcome to try your hand at crafting. Also worth seeing are the toy museum, the church, and the open-air museum.
We’re ideally located for hiking tours or accessing cross-country ski trails. Nearby restaurants offer a place to stop for a bite to eat. An excellent and challenging mountain biking area is located very close by. From here, you can also take guided tours to Prague or Dresden.
To get here by train, take the Erzgebirgsbahn to Olbernhau Main Station. From the bus station, take bus line 453 (which runs every 2 hours) to Seiffen, or line 453 from Deutschneudorf to Seiffen. The bus stop is “Haus des Gastes.” From there, it’s a short walk to your accommodation, or we’d be happy to pick you up by prior arrangement. By car, take Federal Highway 101 from Freiberg, Brand-Erbisdorf, or Neuhausen/Brüx to Seiffen. From Chemnitz, take Federal Highway 174 to Marienberg, then take the B171 to Olbernhau, and from there to Kurort Seiffen.









On-site costs: A 20% advance payment may be charged after booking. Payment is due on site in cash. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is due by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. A baby cot, travel cot, or guest bed can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are allowed for a fee of €5.00 per pet per night. The tourist tax of €3.50 per person per night will be charged on-site. A bread roll delivery service is available upon request.



Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00, and check-out is from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
