Tolle Wohnung in einer Top Lage in Ahlbeck. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Allerdings ist das mit dem Fahrrad Abstellraum im Keller sehr ungünstig gelöst 3 schwere Türen öffnen um von der Tiefgarage hinein zukommen. Und die Ausfahrt über die Rampe der Ausfahrt ist sehr schwer.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Wohnung in einer tollen Lage.Bei der Übernahme hätte man vielleicht die Küche ein wenig sauberer vorfinden können.Ausserdem sollte man die Terrasse und die Fliegengitter auch mal mit abfegen.Aber ist vielleicht auch nicht ganz so wichtig.Im Fahrradkeller standen mindestens 10 Fahrräder die nicht mehr benutzt werden.Ich denke die gehören zum grossen Teil den Wohnungseigentümern,die sie dann vielleicht mal benutzen wenn sie mal selber vor Ort sind.Da diese Fahrräder zum grossen Teil nicht mehr fahrbereit sind wäre es schön, wenn die mal entsorgt werden.Dann wäre auch genug Platz für die Fahrräder der Gäste.Wir mussten jedesmal erstmal alles zusammen schieben um unsere Fahrräder überhaupt dort einzustellen und da waren wir bestimmt nicht die einzigen.
