Villa Berty was built around 1900 and renovated in 2010–2011 with great attention to detail. The combination of modern construction technology with historic architectural elements ensures a high quality of living in an exciting architectural setting. The promenade is about a 5-minute walk away. Restaurants, cafes, a bakery, and other shopping options are located in the immediate vicinity.

This 43-square-meter, 2-room apartment is located on the ground floor and accommodates up to 3 people. The living area is furnished with a cosy sofa bed (sleeping surface 135 x 200), a coffee table, a separate armchair perfect for reading, and a large flat-screen TV. The kitchenette—including a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc.—and an adjacent seating area are open and integrated into the living area. The bright bedroom is furnished with a double bed featuring a full-length mattress (180x200) and a wardrobe.
