CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Beginning October 27, 2025, Marine Surf will undergo a major exterior concrete repair and painting project. Expected to last approximately 6–12 months (weather & conditions permitting). For the duration of the project: (1) The pool will be closed, (2) Construction noise expected Mon–Fri, 8am–4:30pm, (3) Unit lanai will be closed and unavailable for use October 29, 2025–January 30, 2026, (4) Unit's designated parking space will be unavailable for use February 2–May 1, 2026 during work hours Mon–Fri, 8am–4:30pm. Alternate day-time parking can be found in the immediately surrounding area and reimbursed up to $25/day. (Exact construction dates subject to change without notice due to unforeseen circumstances. 20% rent discount/refund will be applied at Check-Out for applicable days of stay affected by lanai closure.)

Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival. For same-day reservations, Check-In Time is guaranteed for 5PM.

No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking/Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns.

ALL CAPTAIN COOK RESORTS RENTALS INCLUDE:
– Bath towels, Beach towels, Bed linens
– Dishes, Silverware, Cookware (including tea kettle & rice cooker)
– Beach chairs, Hair dryer, Iron/Ironing board
