Son Rossinyol Country House for 12 Guests with Private Pool and Wi-Fi

This traditional Mallorcan country house is set in a truly peaceful location on a 62,000 m² plot near Felanitx, surrounded by fields, fig, and carob trees. The holiday home has been tastefully renovated and is well maintained both inside and out.



First floor:

Here you’ll find a spacious living room with sofa area and fireplace, an open kitchen with dining area and access to the covered terrace, plus two bedrooms (each with two single beds). One bedroom has an en-suite shower room, the other a bathroom with bathtub.



Second floor:

There are two more bedrooms, each with two single beds and private bathroom, as well as a lounge with corner sofa. From this floor, you can access a terrace with a chill-out area.



Annex:

Behind the main house, two new apartments with separate entrances and private terraces have been added (42 and 46 m²). Each features a bedroom with two single beds, a living room, a small kitchen equipped with fridge, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster, and a bathroom with shower. Shown in the last photos, these apartments are available for more than 8 guests, for an extra charge per person, up to a total of 12 guests.



Outdoor area:

From the house’s terrace, which features a lovely brick barbecue, a small gate leads to the garden and pool area, including a covered outdoor seating area and a swimming pool. There is also a basketball court. Sheep and, occasionally, horses and ponies can be seen in the fenced areas of the property.
