This large ( 1800 sq feet )apartment is in a neighborhood where you can shop for all things of daily life but is also close to the old West city center ( Kudamm ). The metro is 200 m away and you absolutely need NO car. Wilmersdorf is one of the best areas to live in Berlin and the house where the apartment is is very well maintained The apartment is bright and has high windows. It has a small balcony for 3 where you can have sun from 8 a.m to 1 p.m. for breakfast shielded by a big tree. The bathroom is very large with a spacious walk in shower and 2 wash basins a toilet a bidet and a tub. It is also the place where a washer and dryer is housed in a tower arrangement. The kitchen island is for 4 people and the adjacent table in the kitchen has space for another 4/5 people. The kitchen island is granite also has a dishwasher and a ceramic cook top. the Master bedroom is connected to the bathroom. There is also a guest toilet for the second bedroom with king size beds in both bedrooms. The living room can be partitioned and still is very large. One can move the additional sleep couch to this partitioned room to have an additional ( 3rd ) separate bedroom. 3 metro stations are close, One of the supermarkets is open from Monday 8 a.m to Saturday 11 p.m. Wifi is available at no cost

Thomas was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed. The property was PERFECT for my group. We loved the access to several amazing bakeries. I absolutely recommend this stay to those considering it.
This is a beautiful apartment, very comfortable with lovely furnishings and art. The building is in a very quiet, absolutely beautiful neighborhood. It is very spacious and the elevator was a bonus with our luggage.
Stayed for a week,excellent property,everything you needed was available. Shops and restaurants close by.
Would especially like to thank Thomas for all of the help on arrival and departure, he was brilliant.

With three Uban stations within a couple of blocks, it is easy to get anywhere in Berlin. Also a great shopping street is only a few doors away.The apartment was comfortable even during a heat waves. And the staff was amazing at solving problems quickly.
An airy and light-filled apartment with high ceilings and an aura of a turn of the century charm. Well appointed with contemporary kitchen and master bathroom and comfortable beds. Great and quiet neighborhood. Very responsive owner.
The place is very large and has so much potential that is not realized due to a couple of relatively easy fixes. First is cleanliness or lack of. Cobwebs were visible in a couple of places including the rocking chair in the living room. Hot water tank needs improving as having four four showers would take a couple hours. All in all the place just seems to have been neglected for too long and some time and money needs to be spent to restore it to its glory. Beds a little too firm for my liking. Location is good with a couple of subway stops within a short walk. Berlin is very well served by transit which makes this location with nearby stores and restaurants pretty much ideal. Greek restaurant down the street is great. Thomas the greeter is very friendly and responsive however, when an electrical circuit blew in the kitchen on our third day while he responded quickly to help with a somewhat helpful temporary fix we did not hear a word from him again about a repair before we left five days later.

Wir (6 Erwachsene) waren zu Gast in dieser wunderbaren, großen Altbauwohnung mit sehr wohnlichem Ambiente und sind begeistert; die Übergabe war unkompliziert; die Wohnung ist so groß, dass sich 6 Personen zusammen dort aufhalten können und trotzdem ausreichend Platz ist für jeden Einzelnen; alles gepflegt; wir haben uns sofort 'wie zu Hause' gefühlt; die Umgebung sehr reizvoll, ein echter Kiez, in dem man alles Notwendige findet.
The property was huge with amazingly high ceiling. There were 2 bathrooms and washer and dryer. A modern kitchen and the building had an elevator! A big plus.
The neighborhood is amazing. Restaurants and shops within a short walking distance. There is a church next door and you can hear the church bells ring daily.
Comfortable and nice apartment, positive energy, excellent neighborhood
This is a grand and comfortable place, full of light, spacious rooms, full kitchen, and nice and clean bathrooms and restrooms. The walls are decorated with the owners own art work and replicas from modern and abstract arts giving it a personal and distinct vibe. We enjoyed the vinyl Rock and classic music records in the living quarters and the extensive opera and classic collections on a CD player in the kitchen. Kitchen was full, functional, and inviting for a big family to sit around, cook and entertain. The coffee maker proved to be an excellent addition and a life saver. Although this kitchen can definitely benefit from a nicer kettle and boiler for making tea.
The place is conveniently situated in the beautiful Wilmersdorf neighborhood with every imaginable necessity for living, travel, entertainment or tourism in walking distance or easily accessible. You will be immediately immersed in the living experiences of a high scale Berliner family. We enjoyed the comfort and the positive energy emanating from the apartment itself and its location.
The apartment manager and host was very nice, available, helpful, and welcoming. We will return, and recommend it.
The pictures do not do this place justice. It is a great, spacious apartment that comfortably fit 6 people. It was well located near shops and the metro. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. The host was easy to communicate with and all went well with check-in and check-out.
We really enjoyed our time at this property. The apartment is huge and had plenty of room for sleeping and hanging out. The apartment has a fun and unique style that we really liked. The apartment is up a couple stories but there's an elevator that was great when we had to move luggage up or down. The apartment is walking distance from subways and grocery stores which was very convenient. We had a great time!
Property is perfectly situated in a safe, quiet neighborhood with easy access to groceries, restaurants, bakeries and public transport. Perfect for our family after a day of touring around Berlin. Property manager Thomas met us at both checkin and checkout and was very helpful and friendly.
Beware of ground floor resident who will promptly and firmly reprimand anyone who steps into the building's courtyard for any purpose other than disposing trash. She claims the courtyard is only for "her" use. 🤷🏻♀️
My wife and I stayed here four nights and had a wonderful stay. The apartment is very spacious and our host was very prompt in communicating with us and any questions. The only comment is that the refrigerator does not have ice. Fortunately, their is a large supermarket 3 blocks away where we were able to buy groceries and ice.
