The ground floor features a cozy living area with a tiled stove, large seating corner, and traditional oven bench. The bathroom includes both shower and bathtub, with a separate WC nearby. This former mountain farm offers a peaceful retreat between Zillertal Arena and Mayrhofen, providing short distances to ski areas and mountain lifts with abundant hiking opportunities. Winter tires are mandatory in Tirol during winter months. The hosts live on-site but not in your accommodation.
