The house is comfortable, spacious, and fully renovated, surrounded by vineyards, an orchard, fields, and forests. A lake is within walking distance. The village of Lauzerte is just 5 minutes away and offers all necessary shops: Saturday market, mini-market, bakery, and tobacconist. Moissac and Montcuq are 15 minutes by car, while Montauban and Cahors are 35 minutes away.



The property is located on an organic family farm.



You have a private fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV, and washing machine.



During your stay, you can enjoy farm products, including honey-based items and fresh eggs.



Relax in the covered veranda with views of the fields. The shared outdoor pool (hexagonal, 3 m in diameter) is perfect for cooling off, and a shared barbecue is available for outdoor meals.



You will have access to 6 shared parking spaces on the property. Pets are allowed, but not inside the house (only in the veranda). A secure area in the basement is reserved for them at night.



Please note that parties with outside guests are not permitted on the property.
