'Graziosa Mansarda' Apartment with Mountain View

On the third floor without an elevator, in a small hamlet of Pollein with just over 200 inhabitants, only 10 minutes from the center of Aosta and the Pila cable car, and close to the long cycling path that crosses the valley, the golf course, and the outdoor pool, the "Graziosa Mansarda" awaits you for a peaceful stay. Every detail has been carefully considered to make your visit pleasant and comfortable, just as we would wish for ourselves.



The apartment features a living area with a kitchenette, one bedroom, and a bathroom. It can accommodate up to 4 adults (double bed and sofa bed with a 20 cm mattress) plus a child up to 4 years old. A baby cot (sheets not included) and a high chair are available for an extra fee. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with independent heating, a fireplace, and air conditioning. Firewood is provided on request for an extra fee.



You will find everything you need to cook, two televisions with satellite receiver, cleaning and personal hygiene products, bed linen, towels, and pillows of varying firmness. Complimentary extras such as a comb, toothbrushes, razors, shower cap, sewing kit, and vanity kit in single-use packaging are available.



At 1.5 km you will find restaurants, bars, tobacco shop, post office, bank, pharmacy, and a shopping center. Reserved free outdoor parking space. On the ground floor, there is a storage area for skis, strollers, or luggage. The apartment is in a panoramic, quiet, and peaceful area.



With a deposit, some bicycles may be available free of charge for adult guests. The area is well served by public transport, including at night, with a stop 100 meters away. Small or medium-sized pets are accepted if agreed in advance and are available for an extra fee.
