At the Sinfonie Holiday Rental, you’ll spend your lakeside getaway like a well-composed piece of music—full of lightness, subtle details, and soothing nuances. The apartment belongs to a conductor, so it’s hardly surprising that everything here is perfectly coordinated: from the harmonious interior design to the location with private access to Lake Constance. A place where every day of your holiday finds its own unique rhythm—sometimes calm and solemn, sometimes lively and resonant.

The holiday apartment is located on the mezzanine level of the Seegarten holiday residence, in a sunny south-facing position with a view of the Alt-Bodman castle ruins. Spanning approximately 59 square metres, the apartment features a lovingly designed layout—ideal for four adults or two adults and two children. The master bedroom, with a double box-spring bed without a footboard, offers plenty of space to dream. The second bedroom is furnished with a smaller double bed. The bathroom, with a shower and toilet, rounds out the living space.

The heart of the apartment is the bright living and dining room with an open kitchenette—a space like a small stage for enjoyment, conversation, and shared moments. From the living area, you have direct access to the balcony, where a garden table, chairs, and a parasol await you. Whether in the warm afternoon sun or amid the quiet evening atmosphere, this is the perfect spot to relax and wind down at the end of the day—perhaps accompanied by the rustling of the trees, the splashing of the fountain, or the rhythm of a good book.

The Seegarten holiday residence comprises a total of 15 units, spread across two well-maintained buildings. It is located in the quiet area of Bodman—just about 50 metres from the lake—and, thanks to its intimate size, offers the ideal setting for a relaxing getaway. The atmosphere of the resort accompanies your holiday days like a soft, harmonious melody: unobtrusive, pleasant, and always present. An on-site, private swimming dock and a sunbathing lawn are available exclusively to guests. The heated indoor pool, with a comfortable water temperature of 28 to 30 degrees, is open year-round—perfect for a morning swim or a few relaxing hours in between.

We’ve also thought of the practical details: a free parking space reserved just for you is located right in front of the house. A shared bicycle storage room is available in the basement. The apartment is equipped with fiber-optic Wi-Fi and a modern TV—in case you ever want to switch from the sound of the waves to the sound of a film night.
