This lovingly furnished, bright 60-square-meter apartment is located on the 3rd floor (with an lift) and offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway.

The cosy living and dining area awaits you with a comfortable corner sofa, two armchairs, and a flat-screen TV—perfect for unwinding after a wonderful day at the beach.
Start your day with a hearty breakfast at the invitingly designed dining area. The well-equipped kitchen, featuring a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster, makes meal preparation a breeze.

The apartment has two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a comfortable double bed (160 cm x 200 cm). The second bedroom has two single beds (each 90 cm x 200 cm) and a large closet—ideal for children or fellow travellers. The sofa bed (140 cm x 200 cm) in the living room can accommodate one additional person.

A special highlight is the dressing area with a large closet, from which you have access to the bathroom. The en suite bathroom, featuring a bathtub, sink, and toilet, rounds out the pleasant overall atmosphere.

For added convenience, a free parking space is available right next to the house. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee.
