Comfortable and inviting stayThe living room is tastefully furnished with a comfortable seating area, a cosy fireplace and a 43-inch smart TV. It is the perfect place to relax after an active day outdoors or to spend a pleasant evening together.
 
Through the patio door you reach the outdoor terrace with garden furniture and a parasol. From the terrace and garden you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings and the view over the water.
 
The spacious kitchen is equipped with various appliances and provides everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.
 
The property also includes a spacious storage room that is accessible from the outside. A washing machine is available here, which offers extra comfort during longer stays.
 

Sleeping and wellnessOn the ground floor you will find a double bedroom with two comfortable box-spring beds and a private bathroom with bathtub and toilet. This is ideal for guests who prefer sleeping on the ground floor. There is also a separate toilet in the hallway downstairs.
 
On the first floor there are three bedrooms: two single bedrooms and one double bedroom.
 
You will also find the Finnish sauna here, a wonderful place to fully relax after an active day in nature.
 
This floor also features a second bathroom with shower and toilet.
 
For extra sleeping comfort, all beds were fitted with new Auping mattresses at the beginning of 2025.
 

Waterfront locationThanks to its location by the water, you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings and beautiful views from the garden. The park’s water-rich environment also makes it an attractive destination for nature lovers and fishing enthusiasts.
