The property's proximity to the child-friendly white beaches of Versilia and the beautiful seaside resorts of Viareggio and Tirrenia is particularly attractive. A visit to the Torre del Lago Puccini is also highly recommended, a must-see for all opera enthusiasts.

Nature lovers and birdwatchers will enjoy the nearby Migliarino San Rossore Nature Park.

The 18th-century medieval property has been lovingly restored in traditional Tuscan style and is tastefully furnished with antique furniture.

This preserves the ambiance of a bygone era while offering all modern comforts.

This charming three-story farmhouse is the ideal place for anyone looking for a relaxing, peaceful holiday. With 490 m², it offers plenty of space for up to 16 people in 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

The ground floor features a well-equipped kitchen with a cozy living/dining area featuring a brick fireplace and a spacious living room. From here, guests have access to the large terrace, covered by a shady pergola. Guests can enjoy stunning panoramic views of the surrounding Tuscan countryside. The ground floor also features a guest toilet.

The first floor features 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, and 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. An additional bed can be added to one of the bedrooms.

The second floor consists of 2 bedrooms (one twin bedroom with 2 single beds and one triple bedroom with a double bed and a 1.20m wide single bed) and a bathroom with a shower.

There is also a small outbuilding for two additional people. The small outbuilding for two people is approximately 40m² in size and consists of a double bedroom, a living room, and a bathroom with shower.

Outdoor Area:

Guests will find plenty of peace and relaxation in the large, well-kept garden (approx. 1000m²). Here, the private pool (11 x 3.5m; 1.40m deep) with its sun loungers and parasols invites you to relax.

At the front of the house, there is a large, shaded panoramic terrace with a pergola covered in Virginia creeper. Here, guests can comfortably sit together and enjoy meals prepared on the barbecue or in the pizza oven.

The access to the property is via a 1km gravel road, not suitable for low-slung vehicles.

You will book the holiday home, the garden, and the pool entirely to yourself. No other people live on the property.

The villa is located in the province of Pisa, between Pisa and Lucca, not far from the small medieval village of Buti. It is just a few kilometers from the child-friendly white beaches of Versilia. Marina di Pisa and Tirrenia are only about 30 km away.

Thanks to its strategic location, the property is an ideal starting point for day trips to Tuscany's famous art and culture cities, such as Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano, Florence, Siena, or the Etruscan city of Volterra.

The coastal city of La Spezia is about a 90-minute drive away, from where you can start a tour of the villages of the Cinque Terre.

The idyllic surrounding landscape also invites you to all kinds of activities, such as cycling, hiking, and more.

Sports enthusiasts will find numerous options nearby, including tennis, horseback riding, golf, and more.

For culture and opera enthusiasts, a visit to the Torre del Lago is recommended, where you can follow in Puccini's footsteps or visit the museum at Villa Puccini. Numerous opera performances take place in the summer.
