Vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung und dafür, dass Sie den unkomplizierten Check-in sowie unseren Einsatz bei kleineren Anliegen positiv erwähnen.
Bezüglich der Lage möchten wir ergänzen, dass sich die Wohnung in zentraler Stadtlage mit sehr guter Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr befindet. Dies ist auch in der Beschreibung entsprechend angegeben. Verkehrsgeräusche, insbesondere der nahegelegenen Straßenbahn, lassen sich bei dieser Lage nicht vollständig vermeiden, bieten jedoch gleichzeitig den Vorteil kurzer Wege und einer hervorragenden Erreichbarkeit.
Darüber hinaus gab es Beanstandungen hinsichtlich des Wasserkochers und der Kaffeemaschine. Hierbei handelte es sich um einwandfrei funktionierende, handelsübliche Geräte, wie sie in vielen Ferienunterkünften genutzt werden, sodass aus unserer Sicht kein Mangel vorlag.
Trotz teilweise herausfordernder Kommunikation haben wir stets versucht, lösungsorientiert zu handeln. Offene Gebühren wurden unsererseits aus Kulanz erlassen.
