This text describes a luxurious VillaVilla holiday home located in the scenic Krakow am See area in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. The home is perfect for both summer and winter vacations, offering a range of amenities and activities for all ages. It comfortably accommodates 16 guests with six double bedrooms and a converted loft. The home features a large swimming pool with a water slide, Roman steps, and a counter-current system, as well as a sauna and whirlpool. An activity room with games and a bar provides additional entertainment. The combined living and kitchen area allows all guests to dine together, with a view of the pool area for easy supervision of children. A cosy TV area and a partly covered terrace with a barbecue offer relaxation and dining options. Please note, a tourist tax applies for visitors over 16 years old, deducted from the deposit upon settlement. The rate is €1.50 per day in high season (April-September) and €0.50 per day in low season (October-March). Please note that this VillaVilla house may not be rented by youth groups.
