Located in the heart of Alta Gallura, in the Calangianus area near the border with Berchidda and Telti, this 130 sqm villa accommodates up to 6 guests. It features 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, lounge, and a ground floor bathroom. A beautiful terrace invites you to enjoy moonlit evenings.



Amenities include Wi-Fi, smart TV, washing machine, and a crib for children. The villa offers panoramic views of Mount Limbara (1300 m), easily accessible by car, bike, or on foot, and overlooks the Alcumissu estate’s oak, strawberry tree, and juniper forest.



Outside, relax on private terraces—both covered and open—and immerse yourselves in the natural surroundings. The outdoor pool and shower provide refreshment on warm days.



Parking includes shared spaces within the property. During your stay, you can access the woodland for relaxation or meditation among beautiful granite rocks, and enjoy children’s games and books. Events are allowed only with prior approval from the owners. Smoking is prohibited inside the villa and throughout the property. A gas barbecue is available for your use.



Yoga classes, excursions, and diving trips to Tavolara and Asinara islands (about 120 km away) are available upon request for an additional fee.

Mooie woning met 4 badkamers, airco en zwembad in afgelegen gebied

Pros: Het huis was zeer ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien, vooral de airco's overal waren erg fijn. De 4 badkamers (2 met een wat kleine douchecabine) zijn een groot pluspunt. De keuken was goed uitgerust met genoeg keukengerei, de aanwezigheid van een vaatwasser is erg prettig. Het zwembad was erg mooi aangelegd. Je kunt heerlijk onder de veranda zitten en eten. De gastvrouw was vriendelijk en was makkelijk aanspreekbaar via Whatsapp. Cons: De woning is prachtig, maar ligt heel erg afgelegen. Om in de ''bewoonde'' wereld te komen, moet je vrij ver rijden, in de directe omgeving zijn geen restaurants en supermarkten te vinden. Onze kinderen vonden de omgeving in het donker soms wat eng. Het zwembad is niet zo diep, dit kan een voordeel of een nadeel zijn. Ook is het zwembad niet privé, in tegenstelling tot de omschrijving van de advertentie. Tijdens ons verblijf waren er geen kampeerders, maar als die er wel zijn, deel je het zwembad met hen. De WIFI werkte niet altijd naar behoren (beneden wel, maar boven niet). De trap naar boven was erg smal en wiebelig.
