Experience Charente-Maritime in this large holiday home, perfect for families, friends, or couples. Located in the heart of an authentic village with shops within walking distance: bar-tabac 300 m away, pizzeria nearby. The house is just 3 km from Port-des-Barques beach and Île Madame. There’s also a natural swimming pool 2.5 km away with facilities and free parking on site.



Your holiday home features a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and other useful appliances. The living/dining room offers a TV, DVD player, and free Wi-Fi. There’s a bathroom with towel dryer and hairdryer, plus a separate toilet. Bunk beds are ideal for children up to 1.60 m tall. Duvets and pillows are provided.



Outside, enjoy a private enclosed courtyard (47 m²) with a covered area, tables, chairs, and barbecue. A secure storage room is available for bikes. Families are welcome: for your convenience, a baby bed, high chair, bath, and booster seat are available as options.



Services and options: bed linen and towels can be rented for an extra charge. End-of-stay cleaning is also available for an extra charge.
