Step outside to enjoy your private garden, covered terrace, and balcony with stunning sea and mountain views. The private outdoor pool features a Balinese bed and 15 sun loungers. An outdoor shower is also available for your use.



The property offers 4 shared parking spaces and is conveniently located near public transportation and the beach. Beach towels are provided for your stay. Smoking is allowed on the property but not inside the villa. Events and parties are not permitted, and quiet hours must be observed after 9 pm.



The villa features a solarium, basketball court, play area, disco zone, and laundry facilities. You will have access to shared table tennis and gym equipment. The area offers beautiful coves and excellent restaurants for you to explore. Cleaning service and car rental are available for an extra fee during your stay.
