The villa features air conditioning, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV with video on demand, washing machine, private in-room hot tub, private outdoor sauna, barbecue, baby cot, and high chair. The property provides step-free access and interiors for greater accessibility.



Outside, enjoy your private garden and open terrace with a private pool featuring integrated hot tub. Outdoor shower, wood-fired oven, hammock with sunset view, ping pong table, foosball, stereo system with speakers, tables, and chairs create the perfect space for outdoor fun. The villa has 1 main indoor bathroom and 2 outdoor bathrooms dedicated to the pool area. In summer, thanks to the warm climate, the outdoor bathrooms can also be conveniently used as additional bathrooms for the house. You also have access to a shared playground.



The villa offers 10 shared parking spaces and a communal bicycle storage area. Beach towels are provided. Events are not allowed.

Nettes kleinen Haus in einem großen trauhaften Garten mit neuem Pool

Pros: Wir sind eine Familie mit einem Kind aus Deutschland und verbrachten einen tollen Urlaub in der Villa Martina. Der Garten von Villa Martina ist einfach toll und echt sehr groß. Viele Feigenbäume und Trauben laden zum Naschen ein. Das Haus ist klein aber sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Villa ist etwas außerhalb des Orts in einer ruhigen dünn besiedelten Gegend. Die Alarmanlage sorgt für ein sicheres Gefühl, sowohl bei Nacht als auch wenn man unterwegs ist. Die Küche ist klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet und alles funktioniert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Cons: Kleinigkeiten, die es nicht Wert sind diese zu erwähnen.
