Na casa pricipal temos 3 quartos sendo que 2 são suítes, 1 banheiro para servir ao terceiro quarto, 2 salas, 1 living, lavabo, cozinha, área de serviço, 2 dependências completas, varandas bem amplas, 5 garagens. No fundo do terreno no andar superior acima das garagens tendo vista para a lagoa temos 2 apartamentos, ambos com entradas independentas composto cada um com 1 quarto, 1 sala pequena, 1 cozinha pequena e um banheiro, cada apartamento tem em média 70 metros quadrados. Condomínio tranquilo composto por casas bem amplas com belos jardins, a praia fica a 100m da casa e a lagoa a 5m. Casa ideal para 2 ou 3 famílias ocuparem juntas pois todos terão privacidade devido a distribuição dos cômodos.
