Beautiful nice house to live on a level with the charm of a wood and stone construction. Living room and kitchen open onto the terrace. Shaded by wisteria, a nice park with pine trees, weeping willows, oaks, etc..2 streams surround the house. Lots of greenery, calm and relaxing waves. Base Recreation: canoeing kayaking, swimming, tennis. All shops (intermarché) and services at 1km500
 beautiful walks or bike ideal for nature lovers, walking, and a paradise for sinners
The terrace has a nice view on the Dordogne

Deposit required on arrival of a value of 350 €, returned the day of the state of places of exit.

Nous avons adoré cet endroit, la gentillesse et la discrétion de la propriétaire et, si tout n'est pas parfait( batterie de cuisine) ou baignoire vétuste, la douche elle est excellente, on oublie vite et on profite de cette location pleine de charme en se disant qu'on espère pouvoir y revenir.

Perfect location and a 'gem' of a property and owner.
Where to start ! This gem is a short (and beautiful traffic free - cycle on the canal path) from lovely Lalinde, with its weekly market and central 'bastide' square with cafes, restaurants and shops. Right on the beautiful Dordogne River, it is simple, large and perfectly laid out, with the living room and kitchen opening out onto a sizable patio . Arriving to a clean, fresh 'home' (much better equipped than most holiday spaces) and being warmly greeted by the wonderful Dani set the tone for the best holiday we have had in years. So much to see and do in the area. And returning each evening to our haven - shared only with the hedgehogs, squirrels, swans and other wildlife. Every moment was relaxing perfection. For couples and small families, cannot recommend this space highly enough. It was so good..we will be returning next year!
