Norman ist ein wirklich sehr netter und freundlicher Vermieter.Er hat es sogar ermöglicht das wir einen Weihnachtsbaum haben und das der Weihnachtsmann der bei seiner Familie war,auch noch etwas Zeit für uns hatte
