Private: park (fenced), beautiful garden to relax. Patio, garden furniture. In the house: washing machine. 400 m long motor access (via unmade road). Roofed, parking on the premises. Shop 5 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 5 km, bar 5 km, bus stop 1.1 km, sandy beach "Follonica" 45 km. Golf course (18 hole) 37 km, walking paths from the house 10 m.
