The property features 5 comfortable bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, ensuring space and privacy for everyone. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation easy, and each bedroom offers air conditioning and heating. Modern comforts include Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, fan, and a dedicated workspace. Outside, a private garden awaits with beautiful views of the Tuscan hills and the picturesque village of Montefoscoli. The private saltwater pool measures 20 x 10 meters and offers three depth levels from 40 cm to 1.8 meters; it is located 50 meters from the villa for maximum privacy. There is also an outdoor shower.



Five shared parking spaces are available on site, and beach towels are provided. Events are not permitted on the property.
