Gîte Les Hervelines with Private Pool, Garden & Wi-Fi in Pleudihen sur Rance

Located in Brittany near the Malouin coast, Gîte Les Hervelines is perfect for family gatherings, groups of friends, business stays, and seminars. This spacious 450 m² house accommodates up to 31 guests, offering 11 individually decorated bedrooms with beds made on arrival and 8 bathrooms with walk-in showers.



On the ground floor, enjoy a large dining room with a period fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry area with washing machine, toilets, a cozy lounge with reading corner and TV, and a games room with billiards and foosball. For meetings or workshops, a seminar room is available with projector, screen, and Wi-Fi, providing a comfortable and peaceful work environment.



Outside, a large private park awaits with picnic tables and outdoor activities: pétanque, swing, trampoline, badminton, and table tennis. The private heated pool is open from mid-April to mid-October, with sun loungers on the pool deck. The outdoor spa is heated year-round.



A south-facing terrace with outdoor seating and tables is at your disposal. You have exclusive use of the property during your stay.



Parking spaces are available in the private lot. A barbecue is provided for summer evenings.



Please note: Excessively festive parties are not permitted. The peaceful countryside location is ideal for exploring Saint-Malo, the Emerald Coast, Mont Saint-Michel, Dinan, and the surrounding area.



For weekend bookings, Sunday check-out is at your preferred time.
