Your villa consists of 2 floors, 6 rooms (from which 4 bedrooms), is 600 sqm and can accommodate up to 12 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your villa can be heated with electric heating and underfloor heating. The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the hallway. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room as intersecting room and with fireplace, lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 12 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooker (4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, electric water boiler and washing machine. Bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and window.
1st floor: Common room with 2 additional beds at folding bed and lounge. Bedroom with 1 double bed. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 cots.
