Stay at Domaine Les Épinettes in Saint-Gervais (Vendée) and enjoy a holiday surrounded by nature, just 10 minutes from the beaches and Vendée coastline. Domaine Les Épinettes welcomes you year-round on a 2-hectare wooded estate, ideal for a peaceful getaway with family or friends.



The cosy 32 m² space accommodates up to 6 guests, featuring a living room, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom for your comfort. The “Prestige” chalet offers everything you need: a fully equipped kitchen, living area, bedrooms, a terrace with barbecue, and outdoor furniture—perfect for sharing moments together.



The estate provides many amenities: heated pool (May–September), children’s playground, tennis court, bike rental, snack bar, and convenience store. Enjoy a quiet, green setting just a few kilometres from the sea, ideal for relaxing.



Bed linen and towels are not provided; please bring your own. Rental of bed linen, towels, and cleaning service are available for an extra charge.



Heating is available from October to April with 25 kWh per day included; additional usage incurs a surcharge.



A baby cot and high chair can be borrowed free of charge upon request, subject to availability.



You can order fresh bread and pastries at reception.
