Luxury Villa with Private Pool in a Quiet Setting
This newly renovated villa in Mazarrón accommodates up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms. The fully equipped kitchen features an oven with built-in air fryer, microwave, large American fridge with ice maker, and coffee machine. High-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms, a 75-inch TV with video-on-demand, washing machine, workspace, fan, and wheelchair-accessible entrance are provided.
In the private garden with mountain views, you’ll find a 9-meter outdoor pool (open year-round, with lighting for atmospheric evenings). The outdoor areas include covered and open terraces, an outdoor shower, dining area, lounge furniture, and a private grill and barbecue area.
Street parking is available directly in front of the house. Beach towels are provided. Events are not allowed. Guests can check in via self-check-in. The garden entrance is monitored by video. A tennis court is about a 15-minute walk away.
