This welcoming villa accommodates up to 6 guests. Step inside to a warm living area furnished with a comfortable sofa, TV and dining table, flowing into a fully equipped kitchen ready for everyday cooking. The sleeping layout includes two restful double bedrooms and a third room with twin beds, making it ideal for families or friends travelling together. A shared bathroom with all essentials ensures a smooth stay. The home also offers air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and free on-site parking for total ease.

At the heart of the residence lies a shared pool, a shaded wooden deck, an open terrace bar-restaurant and a small pontoon giving direct access to the sea - a rare blend of serenity and coastal living. Dive, lounge, sip cocktails, or just soak in sunshine between swims.
