Toplicht Rental – Harbor View & Sauna in Orth (Schwanitz) with Balcony and Lake View

The “Toplicht” holiday rental in Orth on Fehmarn offers the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday right on the water.

Its location at the harbour creates a special atmosphere—here you can experience maritime life up close without sacrificing peace and quiet. The view of the boats and the water will accompany you throughout your entire stay.

Orth itself is a rather quiet and unspoiled village in the western part of the island. It’s also known to many as “Schwanitz” from the TV series “Nord bei Nordwest.” What really stands out here, however, is the relaxed atmosphere, far away from the larger tourist crowds.

The duplex apartment spans two levels and, with about 90 m², offers plenty of space for up to four people. The living area on the ground floor features an open layout and is bright and inviting thanks to large windows.

The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing for flexible self-catering. The dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals.

The upper level features the bedrooms and an additional bathroom, making the apartment comfortable for multiple guests.

An added bonus is the built-in sauna, which provides relaxation, especially on cooler days.

Thanks to its central location in the harbour area, restaurants, cafés, and recreational activities are within easy reach. At the same time, the surrounding area offers ideal conditions for water sports, walks, and excursions on the island.
