Located in Calviac-en-Périgord Noir, in the heart of a lush forest ideal for nature lovers and those seeking to disconnect, this 37 m² holiday home welcomes up to 2 guests with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You have a fully equipped kitchen and a TV (connection via your mobile only). For families, a baby bed, high chair, and shared toys and books for children are available.



Air conditioning is available for an extra fee. Enjoy your private garden, open terrace, and barbecue. The shared outdoor pool and outdoor shower invite you to relax. For active guests, there’s a playground, table tennis, billiards, tennis court, and shared fitness equipment.



You may bring a pet (except category 1 dogs), kept on a leash on site. Parties are not allowed. Shared parking on site allows one car per accommodation. Self check-in is available. Access to the washing machine and dryer is available for an extra fee.



Mountain bikes can be rented on site for a half or full day. Air conditioning is available for an extra fee. Pool privatization available on request. Charcoal for the barbecue is not provided. Breakfast service is available for an extra fee on request. Please note there is video and audio recording in shared areas, except the pool area. You are responsible for your pet’s cleanliness in the accommodation and common areas.
