Due to the hillside location, one side has access to a beautiful balcony with a dining table and a view of the lake. The side facing the slope offers a large wooden terrace with seating furniture and deckchairs. A separate daytime WC with washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a cloakroom next to the entrance complete the facilities on this floor, while a staircase leads up to the attic, which has a particularly cosy feel thanks to the exposed wooden beams. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms on this level. The largest bedroom is particularly comfortable with a double bed, TV, balcony with morning sun, spacious wardrobe space and its own en-suite bathroom with rainfall shower, bathtub and WC. The second double bedroom is furnished with box-spring beds and offers a view of the lake from the bed. The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds and is ideal for children.
