This privately owned modern apartment is 1 of 15 in a very Spanish style building. Access is by 1 flight of stairs direct from private car park at rear of building. The property is situated about 200 meters from the beach and has a wonderful view of the Mediterranean Sea from its front balcony. Its back balcony overlooks the rear garden and private car park. The apartment contains all mod cons you would expect in a luxury self-catering apartment: fully fitted Pine Kitchen, Solid Pine dining table with six Pine chairs, comfortable lounge area fully stocked with reading material for all interests, FREE WI-FI (Fiber-optic), SAT DISH. SMART TV , DVD Player, Hi-Fi System with selection of CD’s, One Master Bedroom containing double bed and single bed, complete with built in wardrobes. Second Bedroom with Pine Bunk Beds, (beds are adult size) plus pull out roller bed for an extra sleeper. Bathroom has a full-size bath and shower unit. Hot water is by electric immersion heater. Hair dryer, Iron and Ironing Board. From, 1 October, until 30 April, when the rental charge is the basic minimum, electricity is charged extra according to the current cost and usage. There is a meter monitor in the apartment, which the guest can observe their actual usage of electricity. This charge is payable to the owner on departure.
Location: Best possible location for those holiday makers who do not wish to be sleeping among the 18/35 age group! No local Discos and noisy bars! No Busloads of visiting tourists! No Larger Louts/Hen Parties/Stag Nights! Just peace and tranquility - the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing and memorable holiday! Another major bonus is that the proprietor of this apartment lives but 20 minutes away (in Tortosa) and can be called upon for advice locally, including any unforeseen happenings. With 30 years experience in the tourist industry in seven different countries, his ears are sympathetic and understanding and he will do everything in his power to ensure you have a well deserved holiday!
L'AMPOLLA: One of the last remaining unspoilt fishing villages along the East Coast of Spain. Plenty of fresh fish in the local restaurants and good natural food is in abundance. The village of L'Ampolla is located about one kilometre from the Urbanization of Cap Roig, where the apartment is located. During the summer months, there are various local 'fiestas' where the visiting tourist is invited to join in with the fun! No bull fights, but plenty of bull running!
TARRAGONA: Wonderfully Spanish! Not yet affected by mass tourism, except, perhaps for Port Aventura and Salou. Then again, the kids will want to visit Universal Studios Spanish answer to Disney World! Some may even fancy a trip to Barcelona FC at Camp Nau. Beautiful scenery along the River Ebro Basin with plenty of little villages along the way just waiting to be explored. The Catalans are very welcoming and proud of their own traditions - just watch them working with pottery! The Ebro Delta is famous for its rice growing and protected natural wild life centre. Each adult guest will have to pay a tourist tax of €2 euros per night, per person for their stay in Catalonia. The apartment owner has to collect this tax on arrival and pay it to the government.

I know how to look after my guests and will do everything to ensure they have a comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable holiday in my apartment. I live only 20 minutes away in Tortosa and I can be by your side in less than half an hour. I live near the large Tortosa Hospital and will assist in an emergency.

This apartment is beautifully appointed and furnished with all the mod-cons you would expect. As it was our own holiday apartment, my wife and I have personalized it with our with paintings, photos and homely items. Wi-Fi and Smart TV will add to your enjoyment.

Two aspects of my apartment make it unique: a) I manage it personally and my attention to guests need is second to none! And b), there is a magnificent view of the Mediterranean from the front balcony, which is bathed in sun every morning until midday.
