Cozy living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen with garden view and pellet stove (pellets not included). Three floors with 4 bedrooms, perfect for families. Bathroom with bath, shower and toilet 2 extra toilets. Spacious, bright home for a carefree stay.

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 18 years of age are not permitted
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
