Our flats not only offer you comfortable accommodation, but also the feeling of being at home in the midst of the breathtaking winter landscape.

Our flats are bright, friendly and barrier-free to ensure you have a carefree stay. They are equipped with a very nice kitchen, a cosy living room, a bathroom with shower and WC, hairdryer, a comfortable seating area, your own dining area, satellite TV, radio and much more. The kitchens are fully equipped, including dishwasher, microwave, 4-burner hob, oven, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, kettle, complete crockery and cutlery.

The outdoor area invites you to relax on the large sun terrace. There are also tables, chairs, parasols and sun loungers for you to enjoy the sun to the full. For barbecue fans, there is a garden barbecue that can be used free of charge. A storage room for skis and other bulky items as well as a large shoe dryer, which ensures dry shoes after any sporting activity, round off the offer.

The surrounding area offers a variety of activities for every taste. From skiing, cross-country skiing, tobogganing, hiking, climbing to mountain biking - in Niederthai you can recover from the stress of everyday life. The spa centre in Umhausen with its radon-containing water and the Aqua Dome thermal spa in Längenfeld are in the immediate vicinity. The Ötzi village and the highest waterfall in Tyrol, the Stuibenfall, are also within easy reach. Niederthai is also an allergy-free zone with numerous huts and mountain pastures where you can enjoy a cosy get-together after a long hike.
