3 bedroom/2 bath home in Newport Shores neighborhood of Newport Beach. Home has a modern kitchen, perfect for family cooking. Stylish furniture, flat-screen TV's, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and travertine tiled floors. Built in '07, the home is the top unit of a 2-unit duplex and very private with top level furnished patio with fire table and views of the water. You can paddleboard or kayak right from the neighboring canal or take a short walk to one of the best beaches in Newport, particularly good for surfing and spectating. You can also walk or ride a bike to nearby Huntington Beach. Bike and surfboard rental stores are in the neighborhood.

Great place and location close to the beach
We loved our stay and it was an excellent location by a beautiful beach that wasn’t crowded. Loved the corner market and walked to a cute Italian restaurant a block away. We had trouble logging onto the WiFi and the owner was super responsive and resolved the issue promptly.

As local Southern Californians they know where to the best place to be is...in Newport Beach. This is their occasional 'weekend house' and they're not using it they are happy to share it with you!

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is north of the highly dense peninsula and a little quieter, the beaches are the most beautiful in the city.

What makes this property unique

As seen on the map it is between the canal on one side and the coast on the other. Pacific Coast Highway provides a quick thoroughfare to the peninsula (South) and to Huntington Beach (North). The 2007 property is in very good condition.
