Relax and recharge at Nuestra Casita Cerca del Mar

Designed and built by well known Mexican American architect Roberto Moreno in 2000. Beautiful custom built 3 bedroom, 2 bath tri-level beach home featuring magnificent 180 degree ocean views, a main level terrace, and a roof level patio. Master bedroom features a king bed and en suite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms have a queen, a double and a single bed.

The floor plan is very open and light. The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and pots and pans, coffee maker and linens. There is a dishwasher, toaster oven, blender and microwave. Gas BBQ is available.

Las Gaviotas feels like a small Mediterranean village. Established in 1973, this gated community has 24 hour guards and is one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline on all of Baja. The cobblestone coastal walk way features fountains, gardens, a putting green, access to two private beaches, tidepools at low tide, and sweeping ocean views. A newly resurfaced tennis court is available to guests, as well as poolside shuffle board and beach volley ball on the private beach.

Easy access and great location

This location is close enough to the US border that it's not a crazy drive, but far enough away that you don't deal with all the traffic and people. It is also easy to find/get to. I took my family for a week to enjoy surfing and the beach, and we got plenty of both. Having a gated community made me feel safer, and it was great being able to wake up each day and walk down to a private beach.

Great place in a great location

Nice comfortable place for family to stay in a secure, gated community on the beach. Good location with ocean view, clean and family friendly. Las Gaviotas is a great community with lots to do, easy beach access and a pool. Check in process was easy, and unit had everything we needed for our weekend trip. Would definitely recommend.

We have stayed at Gaviotas many times over the years and this is one of our favorites of all time. The unit is super clean, cutely decorated, well stocked and has amazing views. The owner communicated well and made our stay super easy. We will definitely be back!

The house is in a great location, the next best thing to being ocean front. You can see the break from the decks and it is a short walk to the water front. The house is well stocked, cutely decorated and very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Beautiful community

I would definitely stay here again!! The house was a lot bigger in person, very spacious for a group of 6, clean, the beach and pool are a short walk away, the ocean view from the rooftop is beautiful, the community itself has a Spanish colonial style, and it is gated with strict guards which makes you feel 100% safe. You can find food vendors at the pool area, the seafood vendor has fresh seafood and fruits, and they accept apple pay!! Overall it was a great place to stay.

Nuestra Casita Cerca Del Mar is a true gem. This home is colorful, comfortable and clean. The view from the living room, patio and top deck is amazing. The house is perfectly appointed, everything you need from cooking to relaxing is there. The owner is wonderful to work with. Our family has stayed in the home many times, and will stay many more!

Cindy's place is close to the beach access, pool, and the entrance to Gaviotas. It is however far enough away from the highway, so no road noise. The view from the top deck is beautiful and a perfect spot to relax and have drinks. The inside of the house was clean and has everything needed for an extended stay. I would absolutely rent from Cindy again.

Stunning Rooftop Patio View

My family (71 year-old Mother, husband, and three children -7,5,2) vacationed in Las Gaviotas for 4 nights. The house is well -organized and very pretty. We loved the rooftop patio view of the ocean! The host Cindy was very quick to respond, which made our stay comfortable and pleasant. I highly recommend this house and would love to stay here again in the future!
