On the ground floor, your accommodation offers a well-equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven or dishwasher - separated by a counter you will find the dining area with plenty of space for the whole family. In addition to a small WC, there is also a living room with satellite TV and a stereo system. Coffee machine or kettle are a matter of course, along with a washing machine and tumble dryer in the cellar.
There are two bedrooms on the upper floor, one of which is equipped with a CD player and TV. One bedroom has a 200x200 cm bed, the other room has a 140x200 cm bed. There is also a bathroom upstairs with a shower and a bath and a separate WC.
There is a third bedroom - also with a TV and CD player - on the top floor. The bed here measures 240x200 cm. This room is particularly cosy in the morning, as the morning sun streams into the room through the skylights.
As our holiday home is a classic detached house, the property naturally includes a terrace and a large garden. This is a particularly cosy place to spend the evenings, and a barbecue and garden furniture guarantee a pleasant time outdoors.
Just a few minutes' walk away is the centre of North Norden, which is also worth a visit when the weather is nice. Here you will find a wide range of restaurants, the cinema and, on Saturdays, the weekly market under the bell tower of the Ludgeri church. You can also reach Norddeich with its beach, the OceanWave adventure pool, the seal breeding centre or the adventure mini-golf course in just a few minutes, approx. 3 km away.

Das Haus liegt in ruhiger Umgebung und lädt zu Spaziergängen und Radtouren ein. Es ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Betten waren bequem und der Garten urwüchsig. Hier befindet sich eine gemütliche Sitzecke. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind bequem mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Praktisch eingerichtet auch für Hunde. Leider gibt es nicht viele längere Wanderwege, wo Hunde frei laufen können. Greetsiel hat uns auch sehr gefallen mit dem charakteristischen kleinen Hafen. Die Krabben-Kutter-Bootsfahrt hat viel Info gebracht.
Ein sehr nettes Haus, das mit allem, was man sich vorstellen kann, ausgestattet ist. Ein schöner, großer, umzäumter Garten. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und doch ist man in ca. 10 Min zu Fuß in der Fußgängerzone.

Urlaub in Norden
Schönes Haus, leider teilweise etwas renovierungsbedürftig. ( Teppich im Schlafzimmer, Neueres Gäste WC leider ohne Wasser am Waschbecken. Anderes Gäste WC alt.) Für den Preis muss man halt Abstriche hinnehmen. Vermieter sehr nett und freundlich. Nachbarn auch sehr nett.
