The charming and lovingly furnished attic maisonette flat (over 2 floors) for max. 4 persons (2 adults + 2 children/teenagers) is located in the centre (old town) of Ascona in the pedestrian zone. The location is fantastic - on the one hand quiet, and yet centrally located. The apartment building with rows of shops on the ground floor is located on Via Borgo, in the immediate vicinity of numerous boutiques, restaurants, cafés, galleries etc.. The beautiful lakeside promenade is just a few minutes away. Despite its central location, the flat is very quiet and idyllic. The exceptional ceiling height, the light-coloured furnishings and the exposed beams lend the flat additional flair and a southern ambience. Once you arrive, you immediately feel at home - let your holiday begin. Whether you are looking for peace and relaxation or something to do - Ascona offers a wide range of activities to suit all needs. ASONITA offers a modern and charmingly furnished living and dining area with open-plan kitchen and breakfast bar. The living room has a cosy sofa set and a large dining table. (Internet) TV (Zattoo) with DVD player, a stereo system with CD/USB, various DVDs and board games are available to our guests. The bathroom is also on this level. From the balustrade of the living room and from the small but nice balcony you can enjoy the view of the green surroundings. The staircase leads to the two separate sleeping areas in the open gallery (= no separate bedroom, open to the living area). There is a double bed and two single beds for use in the sloping and separate rear area (lower room height). A second TV for DVD (without TV reception, with games console) is available here. The holiday flat is not suitable for small children and is only rented to adults or families with children aged 5 and over. We offer a guest WLAN in the holiday flat. Netflix is installed on the TV, but requires a separate account.
