In the heart of an olive grove overlooking the sea, we have created a small heaven for those that seek something special for their vacations.
The villa is located is the small village on Nopigia a quiet area close to Kissamos town and very close to a small and family friendly beach.
The pool splits the house in half and a glass corridor connects the living room area to the bedrooms and the rest of the house. The corridor, as a bridge, is placed over the pool and allows the Illumination from the water to light up the house in a truly unique way. Imagine it during the night, with the pool lights changing colors! Difficult to describe yet amazing to view!!! Light toned walls and modern design furniture provide an atmosphere of luxury and relaxation and the numerous large windows allow the light to enter offering beautiful views of the olive grove and the sea.
Stretched across two levels, Villa offers, two living rooms fully furnished and tastefully decorated with vivid colors, three bedrooms, three bathrooms a fully equipped and stocked kitchen with everything a modern house needs, two amenity rooms and large verandas and gardens. The bedrooms are stocked with fabulous bed linen and we can guarantee maximum sleeping experience thanks to the best quality mattresses.
The Villa is a spacious 120 square meters, 3 bedrooms, two-storey building that can accommodate 6 to 7 persons depending on your needs. Designed like a residence and constructed with the highest standards it is placed in the most private part of the complex, offering romantic moments of relaxation with views of the sunset and the sea. The modern architecture, the excellent layout, the attention to detail, along with the spacious private pool area and large verandas offering our guests a romantic view of the sunset and the sea are only a few of villas’ s benefits.
The villas are located at the area of Nopigia Kissamos. The seaside village of Nopigia is located 4km east of Kissamos and 30km west of Chania city. It is built on the east side of the Kissamos Bay. The beach is 400m away. Nearest town with supermarkets restaurants is Kissamos town which is 4km from the villas.
Please note that the holiday home can only be reached via a road that has not been surfaced (gravel path of about 400 metres).
