There is also a bar service for an aperitif, a snack or a restaurant for a full meal.
Outside, you can enjoy life in the open air thanks to two comfortable verandas (one under the arches of the sea-facing part of the villa and one on the kitchen side) to enjoy all your meals in the open air... In addition, to completely dominate the entire bay, or to sunbathe in absolute privacy, the villa has a large terrace. In the compartment under the staircase there is a convenient and functional hallway for storing all beach equipment, where the washing machine is also housed.
The villa is surrounded by a large fenced plot, a large paved courtyard and a convenient barbecue. Several cars can be parked comfortably in the area behind, and there is also a covered parking area for two cars. Private access from the villa to the beach guarantees extreme enjoyment of a holiday full of sun and sea. An outdoor shower located right next to the driveway leading to the beach is extremely convenient when returning home.
The villa offers approx. 80 sqm of living space and can accommodate a maximum of 5 persons. It consists of a living room - kitchen with a sea view, a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a second sea view bedroom with three single beds (one of which is a bunk bed) and independent exit to the beach side veranda and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, a freezer, a kettle, a dishwasher, a toaster, a mocha coffee maker, crockery and cutlery. It is also equipped with LCD satellite TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
Isola Rossa, a village that grew up around a fishing community, is about 1.5 km from the villa. In the village you will find all the essential amenities for residents and tourists: various shops, supermarkets, a marina with the possibility of diving or sea fishing, restaurants, nightclubs and medical services. The airports of Alghero and Olbia are about 80 km away, as are the ports of Olbia and Porto Torres.
